About Virtual Circuit
JKT-IX Virtual Circuit is a service that provides a dedicated point-to-point L2 connection between any two points of JKT-IX member ports that is totally isolated from IX public network with VLAN. This service can be utilized to connect between you and other your partner. Note that both parties must be connected to JKT-IX.
Benefit and Use Case
Virtual Circuits provide optimized, dedicated network connections that can be used for private and paid peering between you and your partners. Furthermore, the service can also be utilized for your regional POP backbone purposes.
Major Specifications
Virtual Circuit service is available from and to any member port of JKT-IX. Note that you must need approval from member of B-end when virtual circuit connects 2 different member ports. Detail specifications are as follows:
